What a Professional Organizer Costs in Baltimore.
Real ranges, no sales pitch. Numbers are typical for the Baltimore metro — Towson, Columbia, Ellicott City, Annapolis — as of 2026.
Hourly and session rates
$50 – $90 / hr
Solo independent organizers, general projects. The most common rate for single-room work.
$90 – $150 / hr
Senior organizers, teams of two, or specialty expertise (downsizing, hoarding support, ADHD systems).
$300 – $800 / day
Full-day sessions, often packaged — good for garages, basements, and whole-floor resets.
What drives the price up
- Specialty work: senior downsizing and hoarding support run higher because they take more time and training
- Product add-ons: bins and shelving are billed separately — ask whether your organizer marks products up
- Haul-away: donation pickup and dump runs are usually quoted separately from labor
- Team sessions: two organizers cost roughly 1.5–2× one, but finish in about half the calendar time
What a typical Baltimore project costs
Single room reset
Pantry, playroom, or home office: usually $300 – $900 in labor, in one or two sessions.
Whole-home reset
Multiple rooms over several weeks: usually $1,500 – $5,000, often staged room by room.
Ranges are editorial estimates for orientation, not quotes. Your matched organizer prices your project directly — and our model means nobody is padding a bid to cover a referral commission.
